OneBoard — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using OneBoard ("the App"), a Jira Cloud plugin available on the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneBoard is a Jira Cloud plugin that provides a unified Kanban board view across multiple Jira projects. The App allows users to:

• Create boards that aggregate issues from multiple Jira projects
• Map workflow statuses from different projects to shared columns
• Drag and drop cards to transition issues between statuses
• Filter, group, and manage issues across projects
• Share boards with team members

3. Requirements

To use OneBoard, you must:

• Have an active Atlassian Jira Cloud instance
• Have appropriate Jira permissions to view and/or edit issues
• Be authorized by your organization's Jira administrator to install Marketplace apps

4. Account and Access

OneBoard uses your existing Atlassian account for authentication. The App does not create separate accounts or store login credentials. Access to OneBoard features depends on your Jira permissions — you can only view and manage issues you already have access to in Jira.
