OneBoard — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how OneBoard ("the App", "we", "our") handles data when you use our Jira Cloud plugin. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Data We Access

When you use OneBoard, the App accesses the following data from your Jira Cloud instance through the Jira REST API:

3. Data We Store

OneBoard stores only board configuration data using Atlassian Forge Storage. This includes:

Board names and settings
Column names and ordering
Status-to-column mapping (using Jira status IDs)
Card field display preferences
Auto-refresh interval setting
Board sharing list (Atlassian account IDs of shared users)
Per-user activity data (last opened timestamp, starred boards)

This data is stored within Atlassian's Forge Storage infrastructure, which resides on Atlassian's servers within your Jira Cloud environment. We do not operate external servers or databases.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

OneBoard does not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers)
