What is OneBoard?

OneBoard is a Jira Cloud plugin that creates a unified Kanban board across multiple Jira projects. It lets you see, filter, and manage issues from 2+ projects on a single board with drag-and-drop status transitions.

How do I install OneBoard?

1. Go to the Atlassian Marketplace and search for "OneBoard"
2. Click Get it now
3. Select your Jira Cloud instance
4. Confirm installation
5. Open Jira → Apps menu → OneBoard

Is my data safe?

Yes. OneBoard does not store your Jira issues or personal data on external servers. All issue data is read directly from your Jira Cloud instance. Board configurations are stored in Atlassian's Forge Storage within your Jira environment. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

Which Jira project types are supported?

All Jira Cloud project types work with OneBoard:

Can I mix Scrum and Kanban projects on one board?

Yes! That's one of OneBoard's key features. You can combine any project types on a single board and map their statuses to shared columns.

How many projects can I add to one board?

We recommend up to 5-10 projects per board for optimal performance. The technical limit is determined by the number of issues — boards work best with up to 200 issues.
